- Officer inputs :
- Report number
- Date and time of accident
- Location
- An officer then enters driver information by swiping CDL in mag-strip reader to populate the data base.
- Officers can input as many drivers as needed or as were involved in the accident.
- Officers then selects “print all” to print all persons involved in the accident. The data base will print out one copy of all involved for each person that is involved in the accident.
